Shipping & Returns

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of the package at info@rossibydesign.com.au with photographs of the damage included in your communication. If deemed faulty or damaged, we will respond with the appropriate action within 7 days of your return being brought to our attention.

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind will not be accepted. If in any circumstance you pay for return shipping, we will not reimburse postage costs. If in any circumstance you return items to us without authority or refuse delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs associated with this including extra delivery fees, and it is our right not to accept your return for change of mind. Any unauthorised returns will not be refunded.
